The Chipotle Model: You can charge more for your product {or service} if it meets a specific need and is high-quality. You don’t need a drive through. You don’t need an expansive menu.
Market your services for a niche. Brand yourself. Delivery consistently great results, and you can price yourself accordingly.
You can follow the Chipotle Model. Or, you can try to be McDonald’s (who owns Chipotle) and do tons of crappy work at a lower price. I’m going to try Option 1.
