My Camera, My Kids, My Remote (+ Me)

I have been told that I should post pictures of my own self, instead of posting pictures of other non-consenting adults. Alright. Challenge Accepted.
I’ll be honest. I don’t love how I look, but I’m happy to have captured myself with my kids. And I’m more motivated than ever to go jogging, injury and all.. 😉 This is how my family sees me every day, when I come home from work. My makeup worn off. My eyes tired. My hair a mess. And now I’ve got a picture for them. You’re welcome!
I will definitely be doing this more often. I need the practice… and the motivation to exercise.

I think they turned out great. I LOVE the last shot of you and Isa, that is fantastic!
Marilou, you posted pics of you with the kids! Congratulations…they turned out sweet. You are inspiring to all of us.
Marilou you are beautiful! So happy to see you in some pics. You captured some really sweet moments. I love the first one!
Marilou you are too hard on yourself – you look great & so happy to be with your kiddos! I struggle with how I look and how (un)comfortable I am in my own skin too. I read this post a few weeks back and am determined to take pics of myself with my family too – http://www.debsphotographs.com/photoblog/2010/05/is-there-a-perfect-time/. This may be a good challenge in the Sept class?! I love all of your shots but the first two are truly wonderful!
Marilou, great post, love the expression in the first photo! I didn’t pick a fav because I like something about each one, great poses and near misses with the remote. last one is such a keeper.
I think you look beautiful! I love the first photo – the look on your face just shows your joy at being with your kids. I have Ben thinking the same way. I need to be in more of the photos.
