Alexander’s Baptism: A Memorable & Moving Day

I met Kimberly through Stacey’s sister, Susan (You remember Stacey).
So, I knew she was good people. And I was so honored to photograph her son’s baptism.
It is such a special moment in a little person’s life – when family comes together to support all that he is and will become. And Alexander’s family is just so full of love.
Alexander is one lucky and loved baby boy! Dad was always sneaking kisses on him, and mom was always loving on him – the best.
All that family lovin’ made me wish for a huge family with lots of siblings and cousins for my own kids. I never wanted to leave. So I was really grateful to have some bonus time at grandma’s house after the baptism and to get shots of Alexander with his cousins – never mind the torrential downpour.
Another plus to the home visit… people are just more relaxed at home. (Shooting in homes is my favorite! Have I mentioned?)
Yep, he’s a loved little guy. See even more love in this here photo book I designed for the family (click the corners to turn the pages). Flash is required, so this can’t be viewed on an iPhone or iPad. Click here to view the low resolution PDF version instead.
Photo books are the best way to keep memories fresh and alive for decades. They take little space, fit lots of photos, and store really well. Even when the prints comes down off the wall, this family will have this book to cherish the day they all came together, from near and far, and said they’d always be there – to guide Alexander along his path.
Thanks again, Kimberly, for letting me be a part of this!

Your photographs alone are so beautiful Marilou, but when put into a book they tell the whole story. Such great design and a wonderful keepsake!
